• Long range maintenance plan, budget for operations.
• • Achievement of projects we do not have the budget for. 
• Take a comprehensive look at needs.
  • Capture needs from all stakeholders.
• Maintain the infrastructure elements that need it.
• Find out if there is a need for Daycare.
• Attract and retain District staff and students. 
• Expand partnerships with communities and families. (tech ed, collaboration, meeting space)
• Promote pride.
