GOALS FOR SUCCESS

  • Provide high-quality, flexible spaces that support student life, program delivery, and curriculum excellence.
  • Strengthen student and staff attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Establish a compelling vision and strategic tools to support and advance fundraising efforts.
  • Define institutional capacity and plan for sustainable growth, building on the current enrollment of 270 students.
  • Enhance key “first impression” areas to create a welcoming and impactful campus experience.
  • Support achievement of university’s mission and vision.
